These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and the services provided by TechSlide IT Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, subscribing to updates, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide web design & development, mobile & web app development, SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), digital marketing and eCommerce solutions. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal, quote or agreement that takes precedence over these Terms where they conflict.
2. Enquiries & quotes
Submitting the contact, quote, support, careers or partner form does not create a binding contract. It is a request for information or a proposal. A contract is formed only when we both agree the scope and commercial terms in writing.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, supply the content, access and approvals we reasonably need on time, and to hold the rights to any materials you provide to us. Delays in feedback or materials may affect agreed timelines.
4. Fees & payment
Fees, payment schedules and any applicable taxes are stated in your quote or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within the period noted on the invoice. Late payment may pause work in progress.
5. Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables produced specifically for you transfers to you, except for third-party components, open-source software and our pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how, which remain owned by their respective owners or by us and are licensed to you for the project.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only to perform the engagement. Partner engagements are additionally covered by a mutual NDA and non-solicitation agreement.
7. Warranties & liability
We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Third-party services
Our work may rely on third-party platforms (hosting, payment gateways, analytics, email/WhatsApp providers, AI services, etc.). Their availability and terms are outside our control and are governed by their own agreements.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the website and any new engagement from its published date.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Tamil Nadu, India have exclusive jurisdiction, unless your signed agreement states otherwise.
