How it works
- Send the request below. Pick the software or service your data should be deleted from, and use the email address you gave us — that is how we find your records.
- Confirm it is you. We email you a confirmation link, valid for 14 days. Anyone can type an address into a public form, so nothing is deleted until you click it.
- We delete your data within 30 days and email you when it is done.
What gets deleted
Enquiries and quote requests, support tickets, live-chat transcripts, newsletter subscriptions, job applications (including any CV you uploaded) and partner-programme records tied to your email address or phone number.
What we may have to keep
Records we are legally required to retain — invoices, payment and tax records, and anything needed to establish or defend a legal claim — are kept for the statutory period and then deleted. If any of that applies to you, we will say so in our reply rather than delete it quietly.
Data held by third parties on our behalf (our email, CRM, hosting and analytics providers) is deleted along with your records. Data you hold on platforms we do not control — for example your own Facebook or Google account — has to be deleted with that platform.
