About the Role
As a Senior SEO Expert, you will own end-to-end SEO strategy for enterprise and mid-market clients spanning eCommerce, SaaS, and lead-generation businesses. You will collaborate with our content, development, and paid media teams to deliver holistic organic growth, including emerging opportunities in GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AI-driven search. You will mentor junior specialists, set the technical direction, and act as a trusted advisor to clients on their long-term search performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies covering technical, on-page, off-page, and content optimization.
- Conduct advanced technical audits, resolving crawlability, indexation, site speed, and Core Web Vitals issues.
- Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and search intent mapping to guide content roadmaps.
- Optimize eCommerce product, category, and landing pages to maximize conversions and revenue.
- Implement GEO tactics to boost brand visibility across AI search engines and generative platforms.
- Build and manage high-quality link-building and digital PR campaigns.
- Track KPIs and deliver clear performance reports using GA4, Google Search Console, and tools like Ahrefs or Semrush.
- Mentor junior SEO team members and stay ahead of algorithm updates and industry trends.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally within an agency or fast-paced digital environment.
- Proven track record of driving measurable organic traffic and revenue growth.
- Deep knowledge of technical SEO, structured data, and JavaScript rendering.
- Proficiency with Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Google Search Console.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, E-E-A-T principles, and GEO best practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
